Police have charged a second man with murder after a man was shot dead on Tuesday.
A 26-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man was fatally shot in the chest while trying to intervene in a confrontation outside a Brisbane home.
It comes after a 30-year-old East Brisbane man taken into custody on Friday and was also charged with the murder. Police were called to a Cliveden Avenue address at Corinda just before 3.30am on Tuesday where the body of a 38-year-old Inala man was found.It is alleged a fight between the man and a group of people at the residence before he was shot dead.
Following investigations, the 26-year-old Mackenzie man was taken into custody from a Vermeer Close residence at Mackenzie on Thursday.He is expected to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
