The Best-Designed Campus Papers of the Philippines (BDCP) Awards, the first and only award-giving body for campus paper edition, is now accepting entries for its second edition.
BDCP Awards aims to recognize visual and creative excellence showcases through news designs of the country’s campus newspapers. The competition also intends to foster the exchange of information about the concept and design of school papers and campus media throughout the country.
The awards is open to any Filipino or English school publication from elementary to tertiary schools nationwide. To qualify, the school newspaper or publication must be the official or contest issue for the current school year. Entries will be pre-screened and will be divided into four representative groups, from which the 10 finalists and the best-designed campus papers will be selected. The awards will be divided into main categories, sub-categories, and special awards. Top 10 will receive Medallion of Creative Excellence. The best-designed campus paper will receive P10,000, a plaque of recognition, and the BDCP Seal of Creative and Visual Excellence.Interested campus press organizations and individuals may fill up this
