The charges relate to a September 2021 incident where a 30-year-old was seriously injured while riding an electic bicycle.
The SIU investigation determined that in the early hours of Sept. 24, 2021, a 30-year-old man was riding his electric bicycle on Beverly Street when he sustained a serious injury. Cst Nickle is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at 426 Queen Street East in Sault Ste. Marie on Oct. 31, 2022.
