A top official of the Department of Justice on Tuesday urged Vice President Sara Duterte to attend the inquiry of the National Bureau of Investigation into her controversial kill remark against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.This, as Duterte announced that she intends to again skip the NBI probe scheduled on Wednesday, December 11.“Well, that's part of the legal process. If they believe that she's better off not attending, that's their lookout.
"Ang pagkakaintindi ko sa explanation ng mga abogado ko sa investigation ng NBI ay pwede namang hindi pumunta. Pwede naman magsubmit nalang daw ng sulat or affidavit. Pangalawa meron kaming thanksgiving na mga activities sa December 11, at pangatlo after ng thanks giving activities namin ay pauwi din ako dito sa Davao City para maglibing ng uncle ko," the Vice President said.
