San Juan Mayor Zamora urges city council to lift liquor ban as lockdown eases COVID19Quarantine
MANILA —San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora has asked city council to approve an ordinance lifting the liquor ban in the city.
“Ako kasi naniniwala na bahagi ng ating modified ECQ [enhanced community quarantine] is ‘yong slowly normalizing ‘yong buhay ng tao," he told ABS-CBN News.
