The suspect placed an incendiary device near the front doors of the bank, lit it on fire and left in a newer maroon Honda Accord, according to the Milpitas Police Department.Around 10:15 a.m. Monday, detectives arrested the suspect and booked him into Santa Clara County jail on charges of attempted arson and possession of an incendiary device.
