Salahuddin undergoes successful surgery for brain haemorrhage

Salahuddin is reportedly resting and accompanied by his family members at Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital, Alor Setar.

Kedah Parti Amanah Negara chairman Datuk Mahfuz Omar said Salahuddin underwent a four-hour surgery on Saturday which ended at about 7.30am."The operation went well and he is recuperating well," he said when contacted.

He said Salahuddin is resting and accompanied by his family members at Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital, Alor Setar in Kedah.Mahfuz said Salahuddin was supposed to join him at a ceramah at Alor Setar but skipped it after not feeling well.The Amanah deputy president was rushed to hospital for treatment at 10.15pm on Friday after experiencing nausea and vomiting.
