One of the strikes on Thursday killed a 79-year-old woman and injured at least seven other people, Ukrainian authorities said.
The head of Ukraine's presidential office, Andriy Yermak, said Russian forces "changed their tactics" for the strike, deploying what he described as "active reconnaissance" and "false targets."At the same time, politicians across both sides of Australian Parliament came together to show their solidarity with Ukraine ahead of the anniversary next week.
"This indicates that are preparing and not sleeping," Danilov said on Ukrainian TV, "and they are starting to use other methods." Governor Serhiy Lysak said a 79-year-old woman was killed and at least seven other people were wounded, including two who were later hospitalised.
