The complaint was filed before the New York State Supreme Court by an anonymous ‘Jane Doe’.
The complaint follows allegations of rape, sexual assault, and psychological violence against Russell Brand made by several women in the UK.
Brand has rejected the previous allegations, saying his relationships had always been “consensual.” Those incidents had allegedly occurred between 2006 and 2013. The complaint also targets Warner Bros Pictures, Warner Bros Discovery, MBST Entertainment, BenderSpink, and Langley Park Pictures.
