ANKARA: Russia menegaskan sebarang rundingan damai membabitkan Ukraine harus memberi tumpuan kepada mewujudkan ‘perintah dunia baharu.’Diplomat tertinggi Russia itu berada di Turkiye untuk mengadakan rundingan dengan rakan sejawatnya, Mevlut Cavusoglu.Lavrov turut menegaskan untuk membatalkan perjanjian bijirin yang diusahakan oleh Turkiye, sekiranya sekatan terhadap eksport Russia masih kekal.“Ia seharusnya berlandaskan prinsip perintah dunia baharu yang akan diasaskan,” katanya.
Bagaimanapun, Lavrov berkata, Russia mungkin akan menarik diri daripada perjanjian yang membenarkan eksport penting meninggalkan pelabuhan disekat di Laut Hitam.
