Through effective conference committees and concurrence on amendments, both chambers worked to deliver responsive and implementable legislation. “This Congress will be remembered as one of decisive action, unwavering unity, and transformative legislation,” Romualdez said. “We will not rest until every Filipino feels the impact of the progress we are creating—until we achieve a nation that is truly inclusive and empowered.”
