Tertuduh didakwa merogol mangsa, yang ketika kejadian berusia 15 tahun lapan bulan, di sebuah rumah di Besut pada Mac dan Jun 2019.

Hukuman itu diputuskan Hakim Ahmad Fadhli selepas mendapati tertuduh berusia 70 tahun itu didapati bersalah atas tuduhan dikenakan. Menurut Harian Metro, dia didakwa melakukan kesalahan sama terhadap mangsa di alamat sama pada akhir Mac dan Jun 2019.
