Vice President Leni Robredo on Wednesday underscored the need for the government to implement various measures that will ensure inclusive economic growth in the Philippines.
Vice President Leni Robredo delivered the keynote address at the Philippine Corporate Compliance Forum 2019 of the Asian Legal Business , held in Makati City on Wednesday, August 7, 2019.
“Within this environment, it is critical that government fulfills its role of creating a level playing field and a conducive environment that will allow businesses to flourish,” she said in her keynote speech at the Asian Legal Business Philippine Corporate Compliance Forum held in Makati City. The vice president said improving the educational system, harnessing business potential as well as fixing structural problems in the Philippines, especially in the agricultural sector, can help the poor rise from poverty.
Omasenso sa Kabuhayan provides training to farmers from Naga City and nearby towns in Camarines Sur and promotes their supply of agricultural products to establishments.
