A private meeting held two weeks ago by the NSW State Parole Authority has formed an intention to free Robert Smith on parole. 9News
Smith was jailed in 2013 alongside his girlfriend, Kiesha's mother Kristi Abrahams, who was convicted of her daughter's murder.
