There will be lane restrictions and a road closure on Conlin Road in Oshawa throughout the year.
The Region says this will be done to safely install a new feedermain, watermain, sanitary and storm sewer, and to facilitate road reconstruction.Access for local traffic and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.Stage 1: Conlin Road from east of Thornton Road to west of Stevenson Road North will be closed to through traffic beginning February 6 until August 1.
Stage 2: Conlin Road from Garrard Road to Stevenson Road North and the intersection of Thornton Road North and Conlin Road will be closed to through traffic this spring until the fall.
