RM20 ewallet vouchers up for grabs to 12,000 Rahmah bazaar visitors in Johor

JOHOR BARU: Johor will work together with the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry to organise Rahmah bazaars in the month of Ramadan.

Johor investment, trade, and consumer affairs committee chairman Lee Ting Han said the programme would be held in six districts in the state and 12,000 visitors would get RM20 ewallet vouchers.

Lee added that the programme is different from the ongoing Bazar Rakyat Agro Johor led by the Federal Agriculture Marketing Agency . Meanwhile, on the programme, Lee said that eight schools in Johor have been selected as recipients of a RM500 grant from the ministry for the school to organise consumer awareness programmes.

Meanwhile, Johor agriculture, agro-based industry and rural committee chairman Datuk Zahari Sarip said that the state government would also be doubling the Bazar Rakyat programme from the current 30 locations to 60 locations during Ramadan.
