Richard Madeley struck down with month-long superbug over Christmas after GMB fall
Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley returned to TV screens on Tuesday morning alongside co-host Susanna Reid.
He then added: "I took a test every week, it was always negative, but I can’t help thinking that’s what I had" This is when Richard revealed that he was one of the unlucky who had suffered a fall on his way to do the show. While the show's regular hosts took a break over December, the show remained on air, with a number of newcomers stepping into the role, including Gordon Smart, who proved quite popular among viewers.
