As part of the fundraiser, 12 restaurants across the Trenton, Belleville and Brighton areas donated 100% of proceeds made from a selected food item. “So for Subway we picked the Chicken Bacon Ranch, that was one of the more popular items so we know that item gonna go a lot more than the other items. So we thought okay, if we put that on, we know we’re going to be donating a lot more.” Patel tells Quinte News.
