Kris Van Grieken, speaking for Telsec, said work on the development could begin in the next couple of years. “We have interest from interim users that would be longer than , but we’ll weigh that out versus the ultimate vision and see what’s most appropriate,” said Van Grieken. Area Coun. Terry Wong said he can’t say who’s looking to rent the building in the interim, but he knows there are a number of interested parties. He said the space could be used for education or arts and culture purposes.Article content
