THE National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) with Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP) will commemorate Dr. Jose Rizal as perito agrimensor (master surveyor) with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal National Monument in Rizal Park, Luneta, Manila on Nov. 25, 2024 at 8 a.m.
THE National Historical Commission of the Philippines with Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines will commemorate Dr. Jose Rizal as perito agrimensor with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal National Monument in Rizal Park, Luneta, Manila on Nov. 25, 2024 at 8 a.m.The GEP president along with regional chapter representatives will be present along with NHCP officials.
A short talk by NHCP researcher and historian Eufemio Agbayani III on how Rizal finished and utilized his perito agrimensor license will follow at the Epifanio delos Santos Auditorium of the National Library of the Philippines at 10 a.m.Rizal is more known as a writer, physician, farmer, anthropologist, archaeologist and linguist.
