Walsh said that this shop in Montreal is where he really worked to create his own pizza sauce and what would eventually become the famous peppery-brown sauce that Pictou County is known for. However, as far as Walsh knew, the brown sauce has no connections to Greece and was just a product of his ingenuity.Kouyas' daughter described her father as a very hard worker and a loving family man who was always funny.“He fell in love with Pictou County,” Walsh said, “He really loved the beach.
