PETALING JAYA: The Hari Raya break has only whetted the Elephants’ appetite for more wins as the Super League resumes tomorrow.

Pahang intend to keep their unbeaten run intact in the east coast clash with Terengganu at the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium on Friday.

Defender Fadhli Shas said the squad are raring for action after a good Raya break and are confident of getting a positive result against the Turtles. Pahang and Johor Darul Ta’zim remain the only unbeaten teams in the Super League after nine matches so far.JDT lead with 27 points, five more than second-placed Selangor.“For us, we will try to get a positive result in every match,” said Fadhli.

Terengganu may have the advantage of playing at home but it will not stop Pahang from accomplishing their mission to win three points. “We need to look out for Terengganu’s front line, especially their Ghanaian player Jordan Mintah, but we are prepared.”
