70 new jobs are to be created next year by Irish recruitment agency PE Global as it expands into the Germany, Austria and Switzerland where it is working with automotive, STEM and IT service clients.

"This is an exciting time for our company as we expand our team in Ireland and overseas," said Keith McDonagh, Managing Director of PE Global. "At PE Global we have always been focused on our people and that is what has been the secret to our success." PharmEng was established in Cork 17 years ago and works with many large global multinational firms in areas such as pharma, renewable energy, cloud and medical devices.It also has a further 1,000 staff on contract and temporary job placements.The news of the expansion was welcomed by the Tánaiste, Leo Varadkar.
"It is really positive news to see homegrown Irish firm PE Global expanding its global footprint and creating 70 new job opportunities both in Ireland and abroad," he said.
