A 28-year-old Rayside-Balfour man faces several charges after being arrested by Ontario Provincial Police in Fort Fort Frances on Sept. 7.
Shortly thereafter, police received a second call about an erratic driver matching the description of the stolen vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 11.
