Rakyat Taiwan, China boleh kahwin sama jantina
TAIPEI: Pasangan sama jantina di Taiwan dan China kini boleh mendaftarkan perkahwinan mereka secara sah di Taiwan.
Sementara itu, pasangan heteroseksual yang terdiri daripada pasangan Cina dan Taiwan menghadapi proses yang lebih rumit berbanding pasangan antarabangsa lain, kerana perlu terlebih dahulu berkahwin di luar negara dan lulus temuduga di Taiwan sebelum mendaftarkan perkahwinan mereka. “Mereka perlu berkahwin secara sah di salah satu daripada 35 negra yang mengiktiraf kesaksamaan perkahwinan dan selepas menyerahkan sijil perkahwinan dan dokumen lain, agensi berkaitan akan menjalankan temubual dengan pasangan itu.
