Severe thunderstorms in the region may also lead to flash floods or landslides.Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains to the Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region. PAGASA warned residents in affected areas of potential flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rainfall. The rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought by the Amihan, with no significant weather impact expected.Coastal, wind conditionsStrong to gale-force winds and rough to very rough coastal waters are expected in Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon.Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will affect the rest of Luzon and the eastern Visayas.Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters will prevail across the rest of the country.PAGASA noted that sunrise on Monday will be at 6:20 a.
