Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. forecast, the LPA 315 kilometers northeast of Davao City or 175 kilometers east-northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur would bring cloudy conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Visayas, and the Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula Regions.Meanwhile, the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative, and Bicol Regions, and Aurora would experience cloudy skies with rains, this time due to the Amihan.
