Canada’s case for legal psilocybin has been on a gradual climb that could see its peak sooner rather than later. A recent lawsuit challenges the Canadian government to make it easier for medical patients to access the drug colloquially known as magic mushrooms. that while the case won’t go to trial for another year or so, it could force Canada to set up a legal framework for medical mushies.
