Klang Valley folk will recall the experience a few years ago when widespread water cuts hit, with many fearing it might happen again. Recently, a video announcing that Air Selangor will be implementing a four-day water cut went viral on social media.

In a post on its Facebook page, Air Selangor said that the video was from 2021 then they were about to undertake a major pipe upgrade.

"We would like to emphasise and remind customers and users that any authentic and up-to-date information about repair and upgrade works of our water treatment plant is through Air Selangor's official social media channels and our website," said Air Selangor on its Facebook page.
