Was there such an offer?

The Higher Education Ministry has denied any involvement in the event or the alleged"scholarship" being offered.

In a post on its Facebook page, the ministry said the poster being circulated on social media entitled 'Jemputan Temuduga Biasiswa MYIPT', advertised a supposed event in Segamat, Johor, was fake. It then urged the public not to share the poster or spread any information if they were uncertain of its veracity.

The ministry then called on the public to visit its official media pages for authentic information and the latest developments regarding any programmes it runs.
