HANOI (Reuters) - SpaceX plans to invest $15 billion in Vietnam, the Vietnamese government said in a statement on Thursday.

“Initial investigation revealed that the fight started from a misunderstanding between a boyfriend and girlfriend who wanted to meet with their two-year-old daughter,” he said in a statement. “Five of the arrestees have no priors, while the boyfriend has five priors involving drugs,” he said, adding that all those arrested tested negative for drugs.
“We are currently on the lookout for other suspects involved in the incident who are still at large,” he added.
