Quebec has given itself three years, until 2026, to eliminate the systematic use of private agencies and independent workers in the health-care network throughout the province.
Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé responded to questions on Wednesday after presenting a new bill that would, in the long term, free the health sector from its dependency on private agencies for staff.
