“It was a passerby who discovered the inanimate body of a snowmobiler on a trail,” said Sgt. Béatrice Dorsainville, a spokesperson for the SQ. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity was not immediately disclosed. “Elements found at the scene suggest that the snowmobiler could have collided with a moose,” Dorsainville said.
