The city government here announced that the Barangay Quarantine Pass (BQP) could now be used by other members of the household, provided that this should be displayed at all times when going out, and that this would only be used for essential reasons.
According to the city government, the BQP will now also be honored in other towns within the province for those who will buy essential goods and services only as the province shifted to general community quarantine starting last Saturday, May 16.
BQP holders, although allowed to go out of their residence to buy essential goods or medicines or going to hospitals during emergency, will likewise be banned to roam the streets from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tricycles, and other Public Utility Vehicles, are now allowed to travel but should follow the strict protocols on sanitation and physical distancing.
