QUALIFIED firms have until the end of the month to signify their intent to sign up for incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (Create) or Create to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy (Create More) laws, the Trade Department said on Thursday.

QUALIFIED firms have until the end of the month to signify their intent to sign up for incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises or Create to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy laws, the Trade Department said on Thursday.A total of 275 registered business enterprises — 119 operating and 156 pre-operating businesses still in the development stage — are qualified to make the transition and have until Dec.

As for businesses registered before the implementation of the Create Law under Executive Order 226, the BOI said that a transfer would only be allowed if they had not availed of any income tax holidays.RBEs must submit the intent to transfer before the year's end to ensure that they remain eligible. These companies can then file their official transfer applications in 2025.
