Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest following months of speculation over his health.

General SVR, an organisation claiming to have classified intel on Kremlin activities from retired and active intelligence officers, shared its allegations to social media.

The group claimed the controversial leader was found lying on the floor of his bedroom next to overturned food and drinks about 9.05pm on Sunday, an insider group has claimed.
