The mystery buyers of a $22 million luxury retreat near Byron Bay are the CEO of GemLife retirement resorts, Adrian Puljich and his wife, Jessica.

The new owners of a $22 million Coopers Shoot luxury property near Byron Bay are the resort-owning Puljich family, who purchased the 6 hectare luxury retreat last June from Robert and Deborah Wild.

The Coopers Shoot luxury retreat comprises two main residences, a conference centre, studio and a pottery barn. Hercules is the largest parcel of flat land along the Byron escarpment, and has ocean views to Broken Head and the Cape Byron lighthouse. The luxury retreat comprises multiple residences, including a five-bedroom main residence with tennis court and wine cellar, and a second five-bedroom residence that has a gym, steam room and a heated, 15-metre pool along with separate guest accommodation. It sold through agent Amir Mian of Amir Prestige, who says the property was well-priced for the offering.

Mr Puljich intends to use the property as a Byron holiday escape, and is keen to explore the potential of the retreat’s mixed residential and commercial facilities, which include a training centre, film and recording studio with kitchen, office and break-out spaces.
