.DOTrPH says it will not require special permits to use vehicles as company shuttles: The driver must present an authorization letter from the company with the designated route

Public transportation will be suspended anew once Metro Manila and four other provinces, the Transportation Department said Monday.

The following public transport services will not be allowed under MECQ: bus, jeepney, taxi, trains , and Transport Network Vehicle Service .
