Officers patrolled the area and found the described vehicle a short time later in Spaniard’s Bay.
Mounties stopped the vehicle and the driver, who showed signs of alcohol impairment, failed a roadside breath test. He was arrested and taken to the police station, where he provided breath samples above the legal limit. The man was released from custody and is set to appear in court at a later date to face charges of impaired driving. His license was suspended, and the vehicle was seized and impounded.
