The City of Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee first heard feedback on a rezoning application for a 4.47 hectare piece of land between Avonlough Road and Sienna Avenue.The rezoning would make way for the development of 44 dwelling units including 35 single detached dwellings and nine townhouses.A presentation was conducted by Ruth Ferguson Aulthouse on the latest of Phase 9d.
The development of a new long term care facility and townhouses on Sidney Street were also discussed.
