“Following a review of the information provided by EverWind Fuels Company, and the information provided by the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia, and the public during consultation on the environmental assessment, I am satisfied that According to documents filed with the Environment Department, EverWind intends to begin construction in the spring on a 300-megawatt electrolysis plant to split water from nearby Landrie Lake into hydrogen and oxygen.

A 14 kilometre, 230-kilowatt transmission line and substation would also be built to bring the massive amounts of electricity needed to power the process.
