Prov’l health office nababahala sa pagtaas ng COVID19 cases sa Negros Occidental

Ikinababahala ng Provincial Health Office ng Negros Occidental ang patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa lalawigan.

Umabot na sa 85 ang kabuuang bilang ng COVID-19 cases sa lalawigan. Nitong Martes, 2 bagong kaso ang naitala ng Department of Health Region 6. Kapwa residente ng Bago City ang dalawang bagong kaso, kung saan ang isa ay 25 anyos na babaeng repatriated overseas Filipino worker, habang ang isa naman ay 30 anyos na locally stranded individual na kababalik lamang sa lalawigan.Bagama't nakakabahala ang pagtaas ng bilang ng mga kaso, sinabi ni Dr. Ernell Tumimbang, Provincial Health Officer, na walang dapat ikabahala ang publiko dahil ginagawa ng lokal na pamahalaan ang lahat para mapigilan ang patuloy na pagkalat ng sakit.

Naniniwala si Tumimbang na posibleng madagdagan pa ang mga kaso dahil tumataas din ang COVID-19 cases sa mga karatig probinsya pero aniya'y mas paiigtingin pa ng probinsya ang protocol nito sa bumabalik na mga stranded at repatriated OFWs pati na ang mga nanggagaling sa Iloilo.Bisitahin ang Patrol.PH para sa iba pang mga balita.
