Police have charged a 42-year-old prisoner with murder over the death of Ashley Bropho in Hakea Prison earlier this month.Bropho had lured a girl from a Perth park to a nearby houseHomicide detectives launched an investigation after Bropho was found unresponsive in his cell just after 8am on March 9.
Police locked down two units within the maximum-security prison as homicide detectives launched an investigation. A court heard he offered the girl a fast-food hamburger before taking her hand and walking her back to his house.
