Prince Harry has opened up about his use of psychedelics, telling trauma expert Gabor Maté hallucinogens are a “fundamental” part of his life.
The Duke of Sussex opened up about his use of hallucinogens on Saturday during a candid online chat with trauma expert Gabor Maté.
“It removed it all for me and brought me a sense of relaxation, relief, comfort, a lightness that I managed to hold back for a period of time.” The California-based royal told the Hungarian-Canadian addiction expert he started using psychedelics “recreationally” but increased his usage when he realised the sense of “relief” it gave him.“I would say it is one of the fundamental parts of my life that changed me and helped me deal with the traumas and the pains of the past.”Prince Harry has revealed that psychedelics are a “fundamental” part of his life.
