Food trucks free to roam in Prince Edward County
Food trucks are getting more mobile in Prince Edward County.
Previous licenses to operate mobile restaurants required the truck to be parked at a single location for the entire season, and it was not allowed to change location at all. An example given at the meeting was of a burger truck selling at the marina on weekdays and at the farmer’s market on weekends.
