Prince Andrew faces losing the Scottish summer holiday house he's 'treasured' visiting since 'he was a little boy' thanks to a decision by King Charles, along with being booted from his royal mansion of two decades.

King Charles has made the decision to keep Balmoral Castle open to the public for an extra two weeks in the summertime to “bring significant new revenue into the estate”, an insider has told the Daily Mail’s’ Diary Editor Richard Eden.

“It may, however, have the effect of annoying the Duke of York, who has treasured his time in Royal Deeside ever since he was a little boy.”Mr Eden understands that the King will continue to spend the first week of August at the Castle of Mey -his late grandmother’s former home in the seaside village of Caithness located on the northern tip of Scotland.
