President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Thursday invited Filipinos to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Metro Manila Film Festival and watch this year’s film entries during the holiday season .
“The wonderful films participating in the golden year of the MMFF are sure to bring golden joy and leave valuable lessons,” Marcos said. This year’s lineup includes “And the Breadwinner is…,” “Green Bones,” “Isang Himala,” “The Kingdom,” “Strange Frequencies: Taiwan Killer Hospital,” “Espantaho,” “Hold Me Close,” “My Future You,” “Topakk,” and “Uninvited.”
