The sudden death of a pregnant 39-year-old NSW mother-of-three has left her family heartbroken. She was expecting a fourth child when “the tragic and sudden passing” occurred. 7NEWS

Her cause of death has not been made public.

“We are hoping to raise as much money as possible to assist Matt and the boys following this sudden and tragic event,” the organisers said. Owen’s sister, Sarez Tomoan, said Megan “was one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever known and I was blessed being able to call her my sister-in-law”. “Megan has been a beloved and valued member of our team for many years, working at our centre as well as with NSW Health as a nutritionist,” it said.
