Drive B.C. is planning work near Hixon and McBride, drivers should expect delays
Those travelling on Highway 97 and Highway 16 in the Prince George area should be aware of possible delays.
Drive B.C. says there is a washout planned between Plett No. 1 Road and Yardley Road, south of Hixon. The event will start at 7 a.m. and last until 5 p.m. Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect and drivers can expect minor delays. There is also a delay on Highway 16, in both directions. Drive BC said road maintenance work is planned at Goat River Bridge, 39 km west of McBride.Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect. Drive BC says to watch for traffic control personnel.
