Adelaide home buyers blindsided by construction company.“Fenton & Fenton Pty Ltd is now in liquidation with Adam Nikitins and Stewart McCallum of EY appointed liquidators,” a statement on the company’s website says.
The business offered pieces for those looking to curate “a life less ordinary” by filling their spaces with “souvenirs of a life well-lived, a personality fully expressed, an imagination thoroughly explored”. This includes when they have paid in full for a product they have not received yet; have a credit note, gift card or voucher from the business with an amount left on it; or paid a deposit, such as putting something on lay-by or an interest-free offer.
